PUBLIC NOTICE

South Hinsdale Sand & Gravel LLC, 101 Kleckner Lane, Pagosa Springs, CO 81147, (719)659-8927, (the “Applicant/Operator”) has filed an application for a Limited Impact (110) Construction Materials Operation Reclamation Permit with the Colorado Mined Reclamation Board (the “board”) under provisions of the Colorado Land Reclamation Act for the Extraction of Construction Materials. The proposed operation is known as the South Hinsdale Gravel Pit, M2022-018, in Hinsdale County, and is located in the SE ¼ Sec 21, T37N, R03W, 10th (NM) PM.  The proposed date of commencement is approximately 1 June 2022, and proposed date of completion is 31 December 2028. The proposed future use of the land is pasture.
