The Archuleta County Housing Authority will submit an application to the Colorado Division of Housing (DOH). The Archuleta County Housing Authority will submit an application to the Colorado Division of Housing (DOH). The purpose of this application is to request (Amount of DOH Funding Request) to develop 16 of rental or homes for purchase at 503 South 8th Street, Pagosa Springs, Co 81147 ).
