At its Tuesday, April 19, meeting, the Archuleta County Board of County Commissioners (BoCC) unanimously accepted a bid from Ronnie Urbancyzk for the purchase of the 449 San Juan St. courthouse and agreed to move forward into negotiations with Urbancyzk.
