Town seeks food vendors for Bell Tower Park

Posted

By James Dickhoff | Town of Pagosa Springs

The Town of Pagosa Springs is accepting applications from interested food vendors to operate at the Bell Tower Park at the corner of Lewis and San Juan streets.

The town is interested in activating this small park/parking lot by permitting up to three food truck or trailer operators between May 15 and Oct. 15. The town recently installed planters and picnic tables in the parking area and is currently installing electric hook-ups to accommodate up to three food vendors.

First review of applications will be May 2. The town reserves the right to select up to three vendors to ensure a variety of offerings.

The seating area is a common space to be shared by all three vendors.

Food trucks or trailers must be fully self-contained.

Operators will need to submit an application of interest, have a valid town business license, state sales tax license and San Juan Basin Public Health food service license.

Vendors must maintain their units and immediate space to provide a clean and inviting area for diners and visitors.

If this sounds like a good opportunity for your business, please visit MyPagosa.org under the “Bell Tower Food Vendor” for more information and an application. Please submit your applications before May 1.
