After multiple failed motions Tuesday, the Archuleta County Board of County Commissioners (BoCC) voted 2-1 to reopen bidding on the county courthouse building at 449 San Juan St. until Friday, April 8, at 5 p.m. to accept revised offers and then make a sale decision at its April 19 meeting.
