Curtains Up Pagosa
Curtain Up Pagosa (CUP) is hosting an “Actor’s Studio Masterclass” on April 9 at 2 p.m. Applications, the $15 application fee and video submissions are due on April 1.
Dan Hoy, a Broadway actor who has recently been in the national Broadway tour of “Cats” and an off-Broadway production of “Rock of Ages,” will be here to clinic the master class.
During the master class, Hoy will workshop and coach six of the applicants through their prepared song or monologues. In the evening, Hoy will present a concert, “An Evening with the Stars,” in the Pagosa Springs High School auditorium. Between his sets of music, the applicants he coached will present their polished works.

This two-part event is the first of what we hope to be many of this type to help grow the opportunities CUP can provide to the community. We are working hard to provide opportunities to learn as well as perform and entertain.
