TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN and particularly to the electors of the Town of Pagosa Springs, Colorado:
Notice is hereby given that pursuant to the Pagosa Springs Home Rule Charter and the Municipal Election Code, the municipal election of the Town of Pagosa Springs, Colorado, will be held on Tuesday April 5, 2022 A.D. between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m. The corporate limits of the Town of Pagosa Springs shall constitute one precinct. The election shall be conducted as a mail ballot election. The ballots will be mailed to the eligible electors of the Town no earlier than 22 days prior to the election and no later than 15 days prior to the election. Lots 311, 312, 313, 314, 325, 326, 327 and 328, Pagosa Trails, according to the plat thereof filed September 13, 1971, as Reception No. 74885, in the office of the Clerk and Recorder, Archuleta County, Colorado (“107 Landau”).
