The CARE Program is a free income-qualified energy efficiency program for homeowners and renters in La Plata and Archuleta county.
Qualified participants receive a free energy audit for their home and free efficiency upgrades such as an EnergyStar refrigerator, insulation, air sealing measures and efficient lighting.
Funding for this program is provided by Energy Outreach Colorado, Atmos Energy, Black Hills Gas and La Plata Electric Association. Email molly@fourcore.org to see if you qualify and to apply.
