NOTICE is hereby given that the 2021 Draft Supplemental Budget and 2022 Proposed Budget have been submitted to the San Juan Basin Public Health (SJBPH) Board of Health. These budgets will be considered at a public hearing which will take place during the regular meeting of the Board of Health on December 9, 2021, commencing at 9:00 a.m. Agendas and meeting information are available at sjbpublichealth.org/boardofhealth. The 2021 Draft Supplemental and 2022 Proposed budgets are available for inspection at sjbpublichealth.org/reportsandbudgets. Public Notice

The Town of Pagosa Springs is processing a partial utility easement vacation for property known as Lot 16XA, and Lot 17XZ, of Block 52. The recorded plat includes 7.5 foot wide side lot line utility easements. If granted, the vacation would reduce these utility side lot line easements to 5 feet, consistent with the Land Use Regulations. 

The Town Planning Commission will conduct a public hearing on December 14, 2021 at 5:30 pm to consider these easement modifications. 

Town Council will conduct public hearings on the matter December 16 and again on January 4, both starting at 5 p.m. 

The public hearings will be hybrid, held in person at the Town Hall Council Chambers located at 551 Hot Springs Blvd and also by Zoom (instructions how to join by Zoom will be in the meeting agendas or you may contact Town staff). The Town of Pagosa Springs is processing a subdivision plat vacation request for property known as Whispering Pines Phase 11 (eleven), property bounded by Park Avenue on the north-west, Eaton Drive on the east, and the Village Condominiums to the south-east. The recorded plat includes building envelopes for 49 townhomes on 2 lots of approximately 7.8 acres. If granted, the vacation would revert this subdivision back to the original 2 parcels: 4B of Central Core Subdivision and 4AX of the Village Apartments Subdivision. 

The Town Planning Commission will conduct a public hearing on December 14, 2021 at 5:30 pm to consider this vacation along with the vacations of the various easements dedicated thereon, including a walkway easement along Eaton Drive.
