The Ruby M. Sisson Memorial Library joined in the seasonal fun on Oct. 29 with its Halloween party and pumpkin-decorating contest. The party offered spooky and fun crafts while the all-ages pumpkin contest was judged. Awards were given for each age division, as well as judges’ choice.
