In a Saturday ceremony, local officials and Freemasons of the Pagosa Lodge and Grand Lodge of Colorado presented, inspected and laid a cornerstone within an outside wall of the county’s new justice facility in Harman Park. The ceremony included placing a time capsule behind the stone and having those in attendance applying cement to the commemorative stone before it was put in place.
