Family and friends of Ed Wood will gather on Sept. 12 to remember and celebrate his life. Those who wish to participate in the spreading of his ashes will meet at 9 a.m. in front of Pagosa Baking Company and then drive up to the Lobo Overlook near Wolf Creek Pass. A reception lunch will follow at 58 Island Place starting around noon, featuring leg of venison wrapped in bacon, just the way Woody liked it. All friends of Woody are welcome.
