Community Connections
Join the Community Connections Board of Directors on Wednesday, Aug. 25, from 2:30 to 4:30 p.m. for the organization’s annual meeting. This is an opportunity to learn more about Community Connections, its leadership and the organization’s plans for the future.

Founded in 1985, Community Connections is a nonprofit organization dedicated to the mission of creating opportunities for children and adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities to lead healthy and fulfilling lives within a five-county region of southwest Colorado.
We envision a community where all people with disabilities have the same opportunities as other community members.
