Women Helping in Pagosa Springs (WHIPS) honors two high school senior ladies as their scholarship winners: Kylie Keuning and Kelsi Rollins. Each young lady will receive a $1,200 scholarship from WHIPS to assist with their education expenses. Both were chosen from over a dozen applicants that applied for the scholarship this year. Keuning will be heading off to Michigan to study speech pathology and audiology, and Rollins will be heading to Arizona to study business and economics.
