During a Pagosa Springs Community Development Corporation meeting on June 9, Laura Lewis Marchino, Region 9 Economic Development District of Southwest Colorado executive director, announced that Region 9 submitted a congressionally directed spending request on behalf of Archuleta, Dolores, La Plata, Montezuma and San Juan counties to address the lack of an inpatient or residential substance use treatment facility for the region.
