During a special meeting on April 29 (rescheduled from April 27 due to telecommunications issues in the community), the Upper San Juan Health Service District (USJHSD) Board of Directors, which oversees Pagosa Springs Medical Center (PSMC), took the next steps in rebonding the district’s 2006 bonds.
