Roy D. Vega has been named by the Sarah Platt Decker Chapter Daughters of the American Revolution (DAR) as an outstanding veteran volunteer. On Feb. 9, he was presented a certificate of achievement during the Vets 4 Vets meeting of which he is a life member.
