In an ongoing discussion about what to do with the Running Iron Ranch property, both the San Juan Water Conservancy District (SJWCD) Board of Directors and the Pagosa Area Water and Sanitation District (PAWSD) Board of Directors talked about the lease on the property, among other things, at a joint meeting on Aug. 13.
