County supports putting national popular vote issue on ballot

At their regular meeting on July 21, the Archuleta County commissioners passed a resolution supporting that a referendum petition for Colorado Senate Bill 19-042, which concerns an interstate agreement to elect the president of the United States by national popular vote, be put on Colorado’s 2020 fall ballot.
