What’s old will soon become new as demolition took place at the old Town of Pagosa Springs maintenance facility on May 13. The $5.2 million facility project is expected to conclude in the first quarter of 2021 and will include drainage improvements and the construction of an administrative building, storage and shop buildings totaling 29,019 square feet.
