At the end of their work session on Nov. 19, county officials and staff discussed their ongoing dispute with the Timber Ridge Homeowners Association (HOA), with the county stating that a disputed 1,400-foot section of Bristlecone Drive is a public road and noting that the HOA argues it is private.
