Pagosa Peak Open School students look on as they see the results of last year’s student presentation come to fruition and new trash receptacles are installed by Pagosa Springs Parks and Recreation Supervisor Dylan Pruitt, maintenance worker Ty Davidson and Director Darren Lewis. Last year, students from the local charter school made a presentation to town staff requesting receptacles following their trash data collection project walking along trails both uptown and downtown.
