WHIPS (Women Helping In Pagosa Springs) honors two graduating seniors each with a $1,200 scholarship at its June luncheon. Barbara Swindlehurst presented the scholarships to McKinzee Kelley and Valeria Monterroso for their 2019-2020 freshman year.
