The Ute Chapter of the Order of the Arrow Lodge 66 welcomes three new Pagosa-area members, inducted last weekend. Pictured, left to right, are Jack Foster, Patrick Matney and Allie Ashbaugh. Order of the Arrow is Scouting’s youth-led National Honor Society and emphasizes cheerful service to the local Boy Scouts of America (BSA) district and council, as well as area-wide service to the community. These youth have been elected by their peers for exemplifying the Scout Oath and Scout Law in everyday life.
