Special to The PREVIEW

The Silver San Juan Division of the National Model Railroad Association (NMRA) is holding its annual spring meeting and it is open to the public. If you’ve had any interest in model railroading, please join us and see what the NMRA has to offer.

The meeting will be at the Farmington Museum, 3041 E. Main St. in Farmington, N.M. on Saturday, April 27, at 9 a.m.

We’ll have our new and growing modular layout set up and operating.

Active participation at our meetings is strongly encouraged. Please bring something to contribute and share with the group, including comments, stories or questions. What railroad or modeling things have you been up to?

Bring any railroad-related photos, graphics or artifacts to show. Bring any railroad-related models, engines, rolling stock, vehicles, buildings, people or dioramas to show.

Bring something you are working on. It does not have to be a finished product or anything approaching a “perfect” model. Share a technique or tools that you have tried and liked or did not like. Review of a kit, structure or rolling stock you have built or modified.

Swap tables: Swap tables will be available for NMRA members and Flyer subscribers.

Door prizes: All attendees are entered for free door prizes.

We look forward to seeing you at the next meeting. For more information, contact Joe Lemmo at jlmailbox8@gmail.com.
