An illustration portrays a request made by the Town of Pagosa Springs for an 80-foot easement for the reconstruction of its town shop. The property, which is owned by Archuleta School District, would allow for the town shop site to be expanded by 40 feet and the remaining 40 feet would be maintained as town public right of way.

With the pending reconstruction of the town shop on its current site, Pagosa Springs Planning Director James Dickhoff made an easement request of the Archuleta School District (ASD) Board of Education (BOE) at the board’s regular meeting on Feb. 12.
