The Colorado Trust, a foundation dedicated to creating fair and equal opportunities for Coloradans to lead healthy lives, announced it has granted $5,000 each to two rural nonprofit organizations in Archuleta County in conjunction with the September 2018 Rural Philanthropy Days.
