2018/12/obit-taylor-Terry-250x300.jpgTerry Lynn Taylor, 50, a former resident of Pagosa Springs, passed away Nov. 14 in Melbourne, Ark. He was born Aug.

12, 1968, in Denver, Colo.

He is survived by a son, Chad Taylor (Pagosa Springs); a daughter, Danielle Taylor (Pagosa Springs); ex-wife Annette Taylor (Pagosa Springs); his Dad, Charles Bird, of Denver, Colo.; and a brother, Robert Graves (Marie), of Del Norte, Colo. He also has numerous nieces and nephews.

Terry was born in Denver, Colo., to William “Bill” Howard Taylor and Virginia Pinzenscham. He was raised in Commerce City, Colo., where he graduated from Adams City High School in 1986.

He married his wife Aug. 31, 1996. They had two children, whom they raised in Pagosa Springs. Although they were separated at the time of his death, they still were friends.

He is preceded in death by three brothers, Bill Graves, Larry Graves and Jimmy Block; a sister, Brenda Bird; and his mother, Virginia Bird; and his father, William Howard Taylor.

Terry was an avid hunter and fisherman. He enjoyed the outdoors. He was at home in the mountains and this will be his final resting place.

A memorial service will be held Dec. 8 at 11:30 a.m. at the home of Annette Taylor.
