Snowpack levels drop, but season is still early

With not much recent snow locally, snowpack levels for the San Miguel, Dolores, Animas and San Juan River basins have seen a sharp drop, sitting now at 94 percent of median as of Nov. 14, according to data from the Natural Resources Conservation Service (NRCS).
