Special to The PREVIEW

Join your fellow gardeners on Saturday, Aug. 25, at 10 a.m., at Centennial Park for a tour of the Geothermal Greenhouse Partnership Growing Dome.

Then, stroll over to the Pagosa Springs Community Garden for a presentation about successful growing in raised beds with the help of the best hose reel, which will be followed by a presentation about growing a botanical bounty in a small space using a vertical growing system.

Sponsored by the Mountain High Gardening Club, this Saturday-morning gathering will be followed by light refreshments. Bring some potluck finger foods and meet fellow gardeners to share growing tips and exchange solutions to that mystery ailment that may be attacking your garden.

The presentations will conclude by 11:30 a.m.
