The Colorado Drought Task Force, comprised of the directors of the departments of Natural Resources, Agricultural, Local Affairs and Public Safety, will be holding a public listening session in southwest Colorado on July 23 beginning at 4:15 p.m. and will be held at the Durango Public Library, 1900 E. 3rd Ave., Durango.
