Rotary’s annual Fourth of July parade last week featured many of the hallmarks of a small-town Fourth of July celebration: local veterans of various conflicts, young riders exhibiting their horsemanship and some of Pagosa Springs’ youth cheerleaders showing off their stunts and pride for their country.
