School board approves facilities master plan

Approved by the Archuleta School District Board of Education, master plan concept C1 was the recommendation made by representatives of the district’s Planning Assistance Team. The graphic shows where a new elementary school would go at the site of the current Pagosa Springs High School, along with illustrations shown for new fields, auxiliary gym and a vo-tech building.

A final facilities master plan recommendation was approved by the Archuleta School District (ASD) Board of Education (BOE) during its regular meeting on Tuesday.
