With a unanimous vote Tuesday afternoon, the Archuleta County Board of County Commissioners (BoCC) authorized Archuleta County Attorney Todd Starr to file an original action with the Colorado Supreme Court that seeks a mandate requiring the Sixth Judicial District reoccupy the Archuleta County Courthouse.
