Pagosa Springs Mayor Don Volger swears in D. Brett Van Winkle as the new Municipal Court judge for the Town of Pagosa Springs. Prior to this, Van Winkle served as the town prosecutor.

The Pagosa Springs Town Council appointed D. Brett Van Winkle as its municipal court judge during its regular meeting on Tuesday, Jan. 2.
