In July, Southwestern Colorado Area Health Education Center (SWCAHEC) and the Colorado Department of Labor completed the necessary steps and signed the formal sponsorship documents for the registered Medical Assistant Apprenticeship Training Program, the first of its kind in southwest Colorado.
