The Tony Grampsas Youth Services (TGYS) Program, a program of the Colorado Department of Human Services, announced last week grant awards totaling $8,884,506 to 95 community-based organizations to serve an estimated 81,000 children, youth and families in 56 Colorado counties and one tribal community.
