Event to raise funds for Upper San Juan Search and Rescue

A search and rescue fundraiser is set for June 22 from 4 to 8 p.m. Wyndham will host the event at the big blue and white tent on the corner of U.S. 160 and Pinon Causeway. The tent is located on the lawn just off U.S. 160.

As Pagosa’s summer tourists start to arrive, the Wyndham team is preparing to repeat last year’s search and rescue fundraiser that brought in over $12,000 and enabled Upper San Juan Search and Rescue (USJSAR) to purchase important medical equipment as well as training programs for their volunteers.
