Uptown section of Town-to-Lakes Trail advances; regular road maintenance explained

The Archuleta County Board of County Commissioners followed up on previous action by Pagosa Springs Town Council with its approval on Tuesday this week of the contract for construction of the westernmost section of the long-discussed Town-to-Lakes Trail.
