PAWSD declines to consider non-consumptive, recreational uses for Dry Gulch property

The board of the Pagosa Area Water and Sanitation District (PAWSD) voted unanimously on April 18 to table any consideration of community recreational uses of property in which it holds interests as a result of the Dry Gulch raw water storage project.
