Early childhood work group reports findings to town, county

At the conclusion of a year’s work, the Early Care and Education Work Group (ECEWG) formed by Archuleta County and the Town of Pagosa Springs has quantified the shortfall in early childhood resources in the community and estimated the potential cost of filling the gap.
