County approves change to utility line requirements

The Archuleta County Board of County Commissioners (BoCC)approved a proposed amendment of the county land use regulations requested by La Plata Electric Association (LPEA), the local cooperative power supplier, after a hearing during the BoCC’s regular meeting on April 4.
