Now is the time to take ownership of your health. Whether you have a few pounds to lose before summer gets here or you are looking for an overall health program, First Place 4 Health could be the right fit for you.

First Place 4 Health is over 35 years old and has proven to be something you can do for the rest of your life. There are no “special” foods you have to eat nor drops nor pills. All food groups are vital for proper nutrition and overall health. It is never too late to make positive changes.

Orientation is set for Monday, March 20, at 6 p.m. First Place 4 Health offers a 12-week session with a weekly meeting on Mondays from 5:45 to 7 p.m. The weekly coed meetings will begin on April 3 and run through June 19.

Attend the orientation and see if this is right for you. This class is offered at Pagosa Bible Church, 209 Harman Park Drive.
