County will sue for damages from courthouse roof repair, jail flooding

County Attorney Todd Starr said Archuleta County will bring suit against Hart Construction Corp. later this month for alleged defective workmanship in repairing the roof of the Archuleta County Courthouse in 2015, leading to extensive damage in the jail.
