CEO job description brings up questions of PSMC’s future direction

Following Pagosa Springs Medical Center (PSMC) CEO Brad Cochennet’s retirement announcement in May of 2016, the organization’s succession planning committee worked to develop a timeline and job description to find a CEO to take over in 2018, when Cochennet’s current contract ends and his resignation takes effect.
