Following Gov. John Hickenlooper’s September appointment of Todd Norvell to the district court bench in the Sixth Judicial District (Archuleta, La Plata and San Juan counties), Norvell was sworn in by Chief Judge Jeffrey Wilson on Monday, Jan. 9, in the Division 4 courtroom of the La Plata County Courthouse.
