Town council approves $11 million 2017 budget, acts on other matters

At its regular meeting on Tuesday, Dec. 6, the Pagosa Springs Town Council approved the town’s 2017 budget at the conclusion of a public hearing. The budget calls for total spending of $11,281,445 for all town activities in 2017.
