During its regular meeting on Monday, Nov. 14, the board of the Pagosa Area Geothermal Water and Power Authority (PAGWAPA) approved a letter addressed to Ken Charles of the Colorado Department of Local Affairs (DOLA) suggesting repurposing of a grant approved by the agency in 2014.
