On Oct. 24, the Archuleta School District (ASD) Board of Education (BOE) held a work session to receive public input and questions regarding Pagosa Charter School Initiative's (PCSI) application for the potential Pagosa Peak Open School.
Questions asked were not answered at the work session, but were instead answered in writing by either the PCSI board or ASD staff.

The BOE held another work session on the matter Wednesday, Nov. 2, and discussed postponing the decision of whether or not to approve the application, though the matter is still listed as an action item on Tuesday's regular meeting agenda, with that meeting beginning at 6 p.m. It is also supposed to be the topic of conversation of at a prior work session that will begin at 5 p.m.
