A tail number and a tale of two airmen

Tom Nguyen provides an informative, moving and heartfelt presentation of his experiences as a pilot during the Vietnam War as guest speaker at the American Legion Post’s regular meeting on Sept. 14. His story told of his escape with his family as the country was overrun by Viet Cong and North Vietnamese and his new life in America, which included becoming a U.S. citizen.
